Vinod has more than 13 years of experience in the development sector in India and different Asian countries. He has headed different departments and programs with Charities Aid Foundation-India, Oxfam, Foundation For Ecological Security, and Caritas India. He has also worked with the Graduate School of Public Policy, Kazakhstan. He is a university rank holder. He has completed his Master in Public Administration from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and has received the Dean's Leadership Award. He has also completed a summer school with the University of Geneva. He is an alumnus of German Development Institute, Bonn (Germany) and Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has been awarded the Aritra fellowship to pursue a social leadership program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is an Acumen India Fellow 2021. |

Khushboo has around 10 years of experience in the development sector with demonstrated proficiency in Project Management, Monitoring & evaluation, CSR, and Grant Management. Prior to joining MWS, she has been associated with some of the pioneer organizations in the development sector, i.e., ActionAid, CARE India, SCF (Save The Children, Finland), CRY (Child Rights And You), and lastly CAF (Charities Aid Foundation), which gave her significant experience in Grant Management and CSR functioning. During her work tenure, she got an opportunity to work with various state-based teams and got an ample amount of exposure around the social issues and dynamics across states, i.e. (U.P, M.P, Rajasthan, and Delhi). Khushboo received her master’s degree in social work from ISW (Indore school of Social Work) and M.S in Psychotherapy & counselling from IIPS, Mumbai (Indian Institute of Psychotherapy & counselling). |

Olivia is our virtual intern from the University of Southampton where she graduated in 2022 with a Pharmacology BSc. She worked on the SAKSHAM project by assisting in the development of the blog in order to promote the work of Mijwan Welfare Society, and our beneficiaries.
